Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator
Job Overview
The warehouse coordinator will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita’s patients. Additionally, the warehouse coordinator will assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning and acting as a backup driver when needed.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Responsibilities
- Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution
- Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients
- Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately
- Coordinates home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist.
- Coordinates patient deliveries.
- Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies
- completes and maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
- Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels
- Maintains a clean and orderly production space
- Perform other related duties as directed
- Supervisory Responsibility: No
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred
- Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management
- Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards, if driving is required per branch needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
**To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasional kneeling and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 10-30 lbs**

As a core member of the Warehouse team, you will be responsible for packaging/preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution, loading/unloading and stocking supplies in the warehouse, cleaning/sterilizing all types of medical equipment and acting as a back-up driver when needed.
